We had a disastrous water runoff problem in a new development in College Station that was over-built too fast, with the builder not conforming to what the city required. Our yard was a running river with a stagnant lake much of the year. Jeremy and team planned and modified constantly to improve the runoff, eventually using a tiered system of raised beds and several drains, as well as a bog garden where the water would flow to. He continues to offer modifications and it is constantly improving the landscape. If only our neighbors would let him tie in a full drain system we would have it licked! Highly recommended. He and Abba are easy to deal with and very responsive. Their maintenance is affordable and a great relief to me living only part time in Texas.

Cosmic Landscapes has exceeded my expectations. Mr. Mangum is punctual, thorough and my yard and beds are always perfect when he leaves. The raised garden beds Mr. Mangum designed and built have yielded a bumper crop of vegetables. I highly recommend his services.
