- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In our management agreement, we will handle all of your property management needs for 10% of the annual rental income. We also charge a $500 re-rental fee each year we need to place a new tenant in your apartment. This fee is guaranteed for the full year and you will never pay it twice. If the tenant signs a new lease that fee drops down to $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working with a new customer we need to know what they are looking for. We will manage properties that they already own, or we are able to help our customers buy new home to expand their portfolio. Once we know what our customer are looking for we would walk through their income property and inform them about the changes we would recommend to increase their rent. Once we have come to an agreement for Preischel Realty to manage their property, we get our team together to start screening applicants and making necessary repairs. All our customers have to do after this is sit back and cash their paycheck each month!

With 17 years experience in property management, we keep up to date with new trends while staying true to the backbone of our business which is experience.
