We hired Ray more than once to paint for us. He is fabulous at prepping the walls and ceilings before painting, and the rooms end up looking wonderful! He's quick and honest and clean. The integrity he puts into his jobs is amazing! A great guy and a great guy to work with.

Mr Fix sanded, primed and painted walls and woodwork in the bedroom. His work was excellent clean and done w hen he said it would be! The cost was reasonable and fair. I was very happy with his work! I would recommend him to anyone!

Ray is absolutely wonderful! He did beautiful work in my home and asked no questions when I asked if I could add on projects along the way. He was kind and courteous and worked with great efficiency! He was also very tolerant of me and my two infant children, who were at home while he was working and very kindly was quiet during the "all important" nap time. His prices are unbeatable and his work is excellent. I will use Ray's services in the future and Offer my highest recommendation!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not a cookie cutter price. Need to see property for extent of work needed for accurate quote. Can offer ballpark estimate based on dimensions, number or windows/door/trim, etc... also how much Prep Work that may be needed... but is conditional upon inspection. Estimate Examples ... below based on per Square Foot Floor Space: 1) Walls Only = $1.75/SF... (ex: 12x10' rm _ $200) 2) Walls & Ceiling = $2.10/SF ... (ex: 12x10' rm _ $250) 3) Walls/Ceiling/Trim = $2.95-$3.50/SF ... (ex: 12x10' rm _ $350+/-)

I take measurements and inspect entire project to detail my recommendations. Provide a quote for Labor & Materials including timelines.
