- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Audrey graduated with a business degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in the School of Management and holds state certifications in structural pest management, vegetation management and food safety pest control. Audrey and her husband Scott who also holds a business degree and has over ten years of experience in the IT field, have grown Eco Serve by 157% since 2013 in the Buffalo/Niagara region focusing on quality pest control, exceptional customer service, and fast results. In March, 2016, Eco Serve Pest Services achieved Quality Pro Certification through the National Pest Management Association which is the mark of excellence within the pest management industry. As a nationally certified QualityPro company, Eco Serve Pest Services has taken extraordinary steps to ensure that clients receive the highest quality service possible. These steps include using environmentally sound, integrated pest management practices, careful background screenings of employees, and ongoing training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a second generation, family owned business Eco Serve offers quality driven service with a personal approach. Audrey’s father, John, founder of Eco Serve created his business with already having over 25 years of experience in the pest management industry. His passion and dedication to this industry inspired his oldest daughter to make Eco Serve her own. Audrey grew up learning about pests and began helping her father on weekends and during the summer months of late high school and throughout college. Her love for meeting new people and finding solutions to their pest problems led her to take over Eco Serve as owner in late 2013.
