- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I charge a $250 booking fee and $70 an hour. For stand alone portraits like engagements or senior, it's $125 total. However, For those who book a wedding and pay the deposit, their engagement session is only $50.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I often give a summary over the phone or through email, then I meet with prospective clients, review the contract (weddings,) and determine the amount of time, requirements, review special requests, and price. A down payment is agreed upon and the balance is due a month before the event. The flash drive is provided to you in 8 to 12 weeks after your event.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've done senior pictures, wedding, engagement, birth, family, and children. I'm always willing to explore more arenas as well!
