- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on community size and what services are requested by the customer. There is a small set up fee, which is also dependent on the size/scope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step number one is always meeting face to face to discuss the customer's goals. After hearing the customer's "perfect situation" I ask the details of the property, books, etc... Once this initial conversation is done I arrange to tour the property so I can get a "true feel" for the place. After both of these meetings take place do I provide a FREE estimate and job quote of what I am able to provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. I have three years of experience in commercial and condominium management, as well as Fair Credit Housing training.
