This is a fraudulent rating done by Ana. I never confirmed the job with her. When I told her when I was available she didn’t agree with my availability so she decided to mark me as hired and give me a 1 Star rating. I have intensively followed up with her and thumbtack to address this one star but thumbtack has very unfair policies towards pros and they treat us unfairly. They took money from me to speak with Ana regarding this job and because Ana didn’t like my availability decided to give me a 1 Star. Ironically, my availability didn’t match hers because I was at the hospital because my 5 year old sons operation took longer than expected and I had to spend the night at the hospital. They informed me that I won’t be discharged until 12 pm. When I told Ana I could not show at 8am but rather 2 pm, she decided to give me a 1 Star out of spite. When I explain this to thumbtack, they were even more careless and spiteful. Not only did they charge me for the lead but I was rewarded with my ratings dropped. All because my son had a surgical procedure that took longer than expected. Thanks thumbtack and Ana.
