To whom it may concern:
We are very pleased with Doji and his team at Real Property Management. They have managed our rental property since 2009.
They are great communicators, and easy to work with. We were very impressed with how fast they locate well qualified tenants. They do extensive background checks and numerous interviews with previous landlords. They are also well versed in rental comps for the area and will get you top dollar in monthly rent.
If something needs to be repaired, we are notified immediately and Doji’s team coordinates everything, with licensed and insured contractors. Their bids are more reasonable than what we are accustom to paying and the workmanship is excellent.
In regards to the monthly reporting and collecting the rent, we are pleased with how fast the rent is deposited into the checking account. Their fees are reasonable and competitive, with no hidden surprises like some Property Management Companies.
