- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start by talking with the customer over the phone or exchanging text messages to figure out exactly what the customer needs. If it is a computer issue, I can either travel to the customer and pick up the system, or the customer can bring the system to me. I like to spend extra time with each customer to make sure there are no other issues with the system they would like me to address. After the customer's issue has been resolved, I make a follow-up call within a week to make sure the customer is happy with the work. I also ask if there are issues with any of the customers' other devices. If there are any other issues, I adjust my schedule to accommodate the customer .
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with business owners, retired individuals, graphic designers, video game artists, first time computer users, and so on. I work with anyone who needs tech help.
