FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First thing we would like you to know is there is no job to small or that will get anything less than 100% quality. It is nearly impossible to quote every job accurately without being able to see the job in person. Our estimates are always free and very informative and we are sure to have all of your questions answered before we leave and any you may think of later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to put my eyes on the project I am bidding 90% of the time. After explaining what needs to be done to preform the project right I especially enjoy taking the time and knowledge that the customer might not have and work with them to pick out and deliver the product to their house. My goal is to make the job as easy and stress free for you as possible because I have learned: "If you do someone the right way they will tell 10 people if you're lucky, however if you do a less than satisfactory job they will tell 100 people." Our goal is for you to tell those ten people how great we have
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with my high school diploma I also have real life experience which is the most valuable I have come to learn. Although I have no college degrees I do have tons of pride in my work and a work ethic that is top tier. Andrew is a Army Veteran who took to what he loved when he was medically discharged. With some college education but not complete Andrew has great clientele with wood work and carpentry that had allowed him to provide and be very successful at a young age.
