- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Almost all of our services are on a fixed-price fee structure. You get what you want and only pay just for that. We don't believe a meter should be running when you have questions that need answers, but you don't ask because you get a bill for a 20 minute phone call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet for the FREE initial consultation to learn about each other. Next we discuss your most pressing needs and brainstorm possible solutions together. After that if you'd like to move forward, we prepare a few page proposal summarizing 2 or 3 options of how we can work going forward. You're in control of how you want to be helped!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a small CPA firm with primarily Enrolled Agents and Certified Public Accountants.
