Introduction: Paul Williams is no stranger to sports and fitness training. As a certified personal trainer and a former D1 athlete, Paul knows firsthand the hard work that goes into keeping your body and mind right for competition and personal fitness. In high school, Paul was a dual athlete, playing varsity basketball and running track and field. During his junior year, he won a state championship in track and field. He went on to attend St. Francis University in Loretto, PA as a D1 athlete on scholarship for track and field. Later, he attended University of Maryland University College and received his MBA in finance. Later, he coached track and field at Thomas Wootton HS in Rockville, MD. Paul has also coached First Team All-Gazette athletes including Urgy Eado, Alan Banks, Gwen Shaw, Josh Trzeciak, and Sylvia Deppen. Paul’s certifications include: Certified Personal Trainer – ACE Fitness USA Track and Field (USATF) Level 1 Coaching Certified ACE Athletic for Sport and Life Certified ACE Finding Nutritional Balance Certified CPR and First Aid Certified I love giving people hope. I enjoy working one on one, helping clients feel good about themselves again and giving them their confidence back. Living a healthy lifestyle is my passion and I know how hard it is to change habits. I try to work with my clients in behavior changes and get to the root of why we do things and help them to change the way they view themselves to a more positive mindset and work on behavior modification. I feel so blessed to be able to work in a field in which I am so passionate about.

Paul is a great individual as well as a trainer. He pushed me super hard until I got the results I wanted. I lost 11 pounds in two months! All you need to do is train with him and results are guaranteed:)

Paul is a great trainer and person. He has expansive knowledge of exercises and people. He knows how to tailor both the workout and coaching style to get the most out of his clients. Highly recommended!

Paul is a great personal trainer. He was punctual and pushed me when I thought I couldn’t complete an exercise. He does not accept excuses which I had a love/hate relationship with during my sessions. I worked with him for a month 3x a week and lost 10 lbs and toned up quite nicely (pic below). I would definitely recommend him!

After following Paul on various social media sites, I decided to give him a call – best fitness decision I’ve ever made! I am not only certified in Personal Training, but I also have an MBA from UMUC so I am very much a knowledgeable business professional. I counsel my clients in how nutrition and fitness work together and give them a comprehensive education in health and well-being. I have helped clients to lose weight, gain muscle and strength, increase their confidence.
