- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to our services. We listen to your individual requirements and match your services to your needs. That way we are transparent in our pricing and together we will agree on your price in advance. This means your investment is a fixed price and you will never get a 'surprise' bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our on-boarding process takes approximately 2-4 weeks depending on the scope of work. We will go over all of your needs and concerns before we get access to your files. Once we do our initial discovery assessment we will take what we find along with your needs and concerns and create a goal to achieve with a laid out plan that you will sign off on. Once you have agreed to the plan we will then move forward.

I am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management.
