We have used Mario Francini to manage our rental properties for a number of years now. He knows what is required and does it well. Mario communicates clearly and in a timely fashion, both with us and with the tenants. We have tried other people to manage our properties and we always come back to Mario. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Mario is my property manager and he has always worked diligently to keep us at 100% occupancy. When someone does move out we usually have a new renter before the cleaning is even finished.. Look no further.

Mario is very nice man !!! The most reliable and very accurate. I'm glad he runs our homes. We do not live in the US and it is very difficult to find someone to be reliable. Mario meets all expectations.
