Tonie and her team were great. I needed last minute help cleaning a rental I was moving out of and W hen they showed up the job was larger than expected. Not only did they do a great job but they stayed later to get it done without an extra charge! I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, their hard work, and their enthusiasm. I can not say enough about Toni and her team. I hired her to paint the inside of my house and found out that she also does cleaning so went ahead and hired her for that as well... WOW is all I can say. We had her do a whole house clean as we were listing our house and having pictures taken. She worked with my schedule to make sure that everything was done at the right time. I could not believe how amazing our house looked after! Even our realtor was amazed. Not only did she do an amazing job but she quoted me a price and stuck to it even though the job her and her team did was worth double what we paid. We will be hiring her on a regular basis to clean our next house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most important thing we want our clients to know is the all pricing is NEGOTIABLE! For cleaning home projects we have an $80 hourly rate for our signature clean, certain items.such as inside of refridgerators, stoves, blinds and interior windows and basements are considered add-ons to their service because they take additional time during the cleaning project. All other projects are quoted as "specialty or customized projects, for example any professional painting and remolding projects. We also do all aspects of small business development and events planning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we provide a phone consultation to define the details of our clients needs. We offer free in home estimate(s) to evaluate the condition and or projects details.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner of Special Projects Plus, Tonie Burgos, has 30+ years of corporate experiences. She has managed projects in all the areas that we provide the highest quality services. She and a team of experts have combined their mutual years of experience to provide a client with a one stop home beautification services.
