Introduction: I help men and women achieve Confidence and Success in all areas of their life by working with their Thoughts and Feelings. When my father passed away as a result of his alcoholism, I had to deal with my suppressed emotions that I held in for over 18 years which led me into a darkness where I felt there was no escape. At the time of his death, I had just became a new mom and went back to work full time at my corporate job.I didn't know what was happening to me but I felt like I was losing control and sinking further and further into my emotions that were consuming me. I was overwhelmed, I felt stuck, my confidence dropped and I had no idea how to get help. Until I realized the power of my Thoughts and Feelings. Since learning how to become aware of what I was thinking, how I was limiting myself based on my thoughts and how my thoughts were responsible for how I felt, I was no longer in a place of darkness but in a place of Power to create all the things I desire. I am in that place today and I have never looked back since. That is what I teach my clients. I guide them along their journey in finding their own Power to overcome limitations and i teach them tools and techniques to build their Confidence to allow whatever they desire into their lives. It is my passion to help people achieve their dreams and realize that they have a Power within themselves to create miracles.
