I used to be a professional gymnast in my homecountry Austria and I share the same birthday as Arnold Schwarzenegger, so it was meant to be that I am into Fitness :-) As a peofessional psychologist and mental coach, I know how to motivate my participants and clients in order to reach their health and fitness goals. I have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and I picked the workouts for Fit+Fun with the biggest turnout.

perfect work out. You can work out at your own pace but get guided to get the most of it. I can really recommend it.

My favorite class with Tina was what is similar to a "hot iron" class. It was always packed and I even made it a point to get up 30 minutes earlier not to be left without a bar in her lesson. Tina is the perfect fitness instructor, as she motivates as well as makes you feel like you should try harder and harder. Her music is always wisely chosen, she tries to make things easier by dancing around, cracking jokes and - most importantly - doing what she does best: being a professional instructor.
