These core philosophies that I live by are born out of my personal experiences with 2 titanium rods in my back, a completely unbalanced approach to my health/fitness with way too much high intensity exercise and unaddressed stress, and a subsequent complete breakdown of my body. I was left barely able to stand up straight, let alone work out. Through research & personal experimentation, I had to completely rebuild my body from the ground up.
Now, I love helping teach others how to take a more balanced approach to their health & fitness, so they can live *the good life* for their entire life!
My clients tend to be:
- experiencing back pain, post-injury or other joint/mobility issues
- looking to get back into physical exercise from a long hiatus and are looking for a safe, gentle approach
