Stephanie at Grandview Collective was awesome. I received messages from several talented designers, but looking at Stephanie's previous work, I decided her aesthetic was closest to mine. She was wonderful to work with and had great communication. We worked together to create just the right look for my logo, palette, patterns, and branding. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with all budgets. We require 50% deposit up front.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you complete a brief questionnaire for us to get started. Then, we schedule a 20-30 minute phone consultation to discuss your goals and hopes for your project. Then we work through a inspo board on Pinterest to gather ideas to begin your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Degree in Mass Communication where I studied Graphic Design.
