- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are always competitive. We strive to look for ways to pass any savings on to the customers. We don't pad our bids with unnecessary added products or services that don't benefit the customer because first and foremost, we will not compromise the integrity of the craftsmanship of every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We carefully listen to each customer's asphalt need to determine whether Black Ops Asphalt is the correct match for your job. We believe in bringing value to the relationship and that means listening. If our services are a good match, we listen to concerns and expectations, and timelines to produce an individualized bid for your job. Education is key with new customers because often, they may be unaware of the vast options that the paving industry can provide. We ascertain which product or service would work best to bring you the greatest benefit.
