I purchased a rental property in Indy and met Charles through my networking efforts. He was polite, professional and his online tracking tool that is part of his property management side of his business is awesome. He is a reasonable person to work with and follows through on what he says he is going to do. I engaged him to provide the rehab for the unit that was not rented and he did an awesome job! Pricing was fair and the turn around time was appropriate. I do out of state investing in other areas of the country as well and I find his work to be on par with other contractors I have used. One thing I do like is that he is smart to let technology help him with invoicing and communication which is not always found among contractors. We did not get the chance to do larger scale things like taking down walls or resolving foundation issues yet, but I will be sure to use him again. Trustworthy, fair pricing and professional.
