- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free, in home estimates. This means we will drive to your home, bring out samples of what you are looking for and measure and give you a quote for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know what they are looking for over the phone or via email, text, etc before I come to their home and give an estimate. That insures I am bringing samples that fit my clients needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I lived in Costa Rica for three years and moved back to Dallas and needed a job. I had a friend who worked for a large flooring company and started on as just answering phones and entering orders. As i learned more about flooring, I developed a passion for it and I have continued to grow and learn.
