- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working together, the first thing I do is ask you series of questions to ensure I can provide everything that you need. I then move forward with letting you know my process, and give you this information in an email or PDF outline, so you know the tasks to be done. I will educate you and keep you in touch with things as we make progress
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing SEO for my photography business. Taking pictures and talking with clients was time consuming. I already knew how to build websites, and starting out as an entrepreneur, I had little money, so instead of hiring someone to do it, I took it upon myself to learn this skill. This enabled me to get more clients without the need to talk to more people on the phone or in person to qualify them for my services. My web presence did all of that for me.

I have and currently work with customers in vastly different industries, for example: Mobile App Company, Auto Glass Services Company, Health and Life Insurance Company, Home Improvement (Roof Installation and Foundation Repair), Real Estate Sales and Auctions, Personal Fitness Training, Pathogen Control and Surface Care, and more
