My work request was to have 2 curtain rods hung. He responded and we exchanged a few messages to clarify charges, set a date/time, and then the last note was to provide my address and telephone number. In this note I also confirmed the date and time. When the agreed-upon date/time arrived, no one ever showed up. I waited a long time and then sent him another message asking if we somehow got our signals crossed. He never responded. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is that initial communications were prompt and very explicit.
