- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing. Every project is different and I will gladly provide a free estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I guarantee your project will be done to a professional standard! I also guarantee all of my work to your standards. That means the work's done like you want it the most important guarantee of all. I am able to charge a fair and reasonable price because I keep my overhead low. I don't have a big fancy truck and I'm not looking to make a large profit on every job. I don't mark up materials or have any add-on charges like the large national companies. I charge a fair hourly rate and will be glad to provide a free estimate for your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate's degree in Architectural Technology and Civil Engineering Technology from Wake Technical Community College. Book knowledge is great, but it's much better when you can apply your knowledge to actual practices. I understand how things should be built and I believe in doing the job right the first time. Once I start your project I will stay on it until it is completed 100 percent to your satisfaction.
