- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I offer a free 20-30 minute sample session to start out. From there I offer a monthly premium package which typically includes four 45 minute sessions that will occur weekly with the exception of our first initial session being a 60 minute goal planning session. It also includes any contact that we have in between sessions which may consist of short phone calls, text messages and/or emails, as well as any materials or resources I provide to you. After your sample session, should we decide it is a good fit, we can further discuss the fee structure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a 20 minute complimentary sample session so you and I can see if it makes sense for us to work together. If we decide that we are a good fit, then our first session will be a 60 minute Goal Planning session where I'll help you map out a few goals and an action plan for their completion. After that we'll have 45 minute weekly sessions where we'll tackle current challenges and/or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bradley University. I am a Certified Coach having completed the Coach Training Alliance Certified Coach Program, an ICF accredited program. I also have the Plant-Based Nutrition Certification from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies through eCornell.
