Monica is a fabulous chef. Due to several allergies, my family cannot safely eat at most restaurants, so we enlisted Monica's help. She has been great to work with planning menus and her food is incredibly delicious. I couldn't recommend her more.

Monica was the consummate professional and provided a wonderful meal at a corporate lunch event for us. We have a couple of vegetarians in a huge group of carnivores, so selecting a universally popular menu is quite the challenge. Her menu of cauliflower & vegetable rice, teriyaki chicken, & portabella mushrooms received many compliments from our staff. As her point of contact, I appreciated her willingness to make alternate food suggestions that safely worked within our budget. The drop-off went smoothly (on-time & with supplies) and clean-up was easy. I look forward to working with Monica and Evolution Café & Catering again in the future.
