- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I charge $60/hour for my services. For tax returns, my minimum is $360 for up to 6 hours of preparation time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I begin working with a new customer, I first try to determine what his/her needs and requirements are. Once that is determined, I engage in a fact-finding process to determine how best to accomplish the customer's goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Attorney and CPA in the State of North Carolina.
