- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, it really depends on the job. It makes more sense to bid a logo by the job, because it would get too expensive by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will sit down and discuss what the client wants and brainstorm ideas that will work. After I have a good understanding of what the client wants, I create several mock-ups to present to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
