- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a minimum requirement for our projects and welcome all business in the South Denver Metro Area. 10% down for design drawing, 40% due at start of project and remaining 50% due upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule no cost consultations with each customer to go over and discuss the needs and wants of any project. After your initial consultation, if interested in moving forward with our company, we would propose a design for your project based on our initial discussion. Once the design is agreed upon, we would have you put on our schedule for installation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our experience is vast and far between our competition. We have worked with houses ranging from $200,000 to $2,000,000 in value and are experienced with everything from hardscaping and retaining walls, concrete, sod, outdoor kitchens & fire pits, and water features.
