- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive, accurate and fair. Our costumer’s interest and satisfaction is our warranty. Our quotes are flexible to accommodate discounts to veterans and senior, as well as people who will feel comfortable by making payments. Our quotes do not encompass inflated prices to accommodate exorbitant discount to mesmerize the customers. This practices are not acceptable for our company, furthermore, this practice is considered by us to be dishonest and not a part our work ethics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will like to meet our costumers face to face and listen to their needs. We offer free estimate and competitive prices. By arriving promptly and assessing their needs accurately, we can provide them with our best service, ensuring their satisfaction with our work and creating a clear relation that reflects our best work ethics.
