- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In an effort to ensure both parties are being taken care of, I quote for set-up fees and monthly service fees that are revisited after 3 months. These will raise or lower based on the accuracy of the original quote vs the amt of work required to accomplish the task. After that, they are revisited every 6 months to ensure accuracy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is so important, in an effort to meet or exceeds expectations, to be on the same page with a client. Having a very detailed understanding of what is required to complete a project will go a long way in accomplishing the end goal. I would rather over-communicate and provide exceptional results, than not communicate enough and deliver a product or service that is lacking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent over a decade in the field of administrative assisting and accounting, with the last few years concentrating on tax preparation and bookkeeping. It has been wonderful being given the opportunity over the years to learn new skills and knowledge by way of hands-on experience.
