- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Usually it's a case by case basis as not all problems are the same however we try to be competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first listen to the customer and see what's the problem and assure them it will be taken care I I try to explain why it happened and how to prevent it in the future. I want the customer to become more knowledgeable about there irrigation system or if it's a design or landscape installation I ask what they have in mind if anything show them examples and get an idea of the vision they have for there outdoor living space.
