- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Product pricing is determined at consultation time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an initial consultation either in person or via phone. At this point we schedule the session including the session fee payment. Session day we do the shoot then schedule the review session. At the review session is when w look at the proofs on the big screen and choose and pay for product order. Product is delivered at the designate time.

Classes were taken at Hennepin Technical College Brooklyn Park Minnesota. Ongoing webinars, web research, and new concept practice
