FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not priced low because our service is poor, we are priced lower than others because we want more people to be able to afford this luxury of alternative means of therapy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new clients is to NOT making it seem like a process. When clients arrive at our studio, the first person they meet is their is therapist. We have a small intake from that we have our clients fill out so we can get to know the history of any acute or chronic pain, contraindications to massage and of course area(s) of concern that are giving the client trouble. So from the time the client arrive at the studio, til the time they leave, they are in the hands of their massage therapist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my massage training from the famous Carlson College of Massage Therapy in Anamosa, Ia. I continue my training with self studies and continuing education classes around the Midwest. Since graduation I've become an assistant instructor at Carlson College of Massage Therapy to share my passion and knowledge with the future graduates.
