- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation to ensure that I am the right person for the job. If I am incapable of performing the services necessary I will not take the job. If I am the right person for the job we can then move on to details about the event and every detail you would like to go over.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions! Be very open about what you would like from their service. If a provider doesn't like that you are asking too many questions then they are not there for your best interest. Be sure they have multiple means of contact other than phone and that they are up to date with music. Feel free to come up with your ultimate playlist of your MUST PLAY and absolutely DO NOT PLAY. A good DJ will always cater to your needs.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
