- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you file early, our Tax Preparation Services start as little as $95.00. Due to the wide variety of clients and services we provide, our pricing varies as much. However, you can be assured that all pricing is typically on par or below national and regional averages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically offer a FREE 15 minute, initial Intro Consultation. If we both believe we're a good fit for one another, we start work right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a fully-trained, certified staff of Professional Bookkeepers, Business Analysts, CPAs, IRS-Enrolled Agents, and Management & Strategy Consultants.
