How does your service stand out?
Our custom design staged homes usually get offers within days to a couple of weeks of being staged. They have all sold for full price and some for more.
We bring warmth and a "Wow Factor" to each property that we stage that has the buyer lingering to imagine themselves living in the space.
The longer they stay the more serious they are about buying your property.
Staging also will hide or not make so apparent some faults that are very obvious when a house is not staged.
The important thing is to make sure that the property is staged with good taste and is staged properly.

Once we finish staging a home, we also share it on social media to help promote it. We do absolutely try our best to keep it present on facebook, twitter and other social media sites so that local people are aware of the home and can pass it along to others.
Networking can be a very big part of selling a home. Passing the word around is always a plus.
What do you enjoy about the work you do?
I enjoy not only seeing the finished product but also seeing what happens as a result. I take great pride in making sure that everyone on my team pays attention to every detail.
I am always present at every job to make sure that my design style shows through and that everything is done to perfection.
We are sometimes at a property late in the evening if necessary to make sure that we meet our deadlines and that our customers are more then satisfied with the finished house.
As a result, The offers and ultimate sale of the properties are my greatest satisfaction.
Getting the call from the sellers that they got an "amazing or unbelievable offer" and how excited they are makes my job very rewarding. I get to share in that joy and its just a great feeling.
They put so much more into it than anyone else in the business! And do a gorgeous job!! They do all my staging for me and my clients.

I work primarily in the investor/flipper market and see staged homes (flips) all the time. I have not seen any other stager with the attention to detail as Michelle has. She does such a beautiful job, goes above and beyond, works her butt off to meet deadlines and has a great eye! I highly recommend her!!!

Michelle was Excellent to work with! She was affordable and had great ideas and listened to what I had envisioned and did this all on time & on budget. I received an offer on my house in the First week is was listed- I would recommend doing this in the beginning and not waiting to see if you can sell & do it after the fact. I always say "Do it Right The First Time" and that is what she did :)

Must hire stager
Excellent stager with amazing taste. Saw a complete transformation that took a property from ordinary to beautiful and unique. I highly recommend Michelle.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I need to see the property that needs to be staged to gauge how much furniture and accessories will be needed to complete the job.
This will enable me to know what to charge them.
We can usually stage a property within 2-3 days
How did you get started doing this type of work?
By helping a fellow Real Estate Investor who had poorly staged one of her flips that wasn't selling for months, I came in and removed everything and staged it for free to build a portfolio. From those images I got one job after another.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly Real Estate Flippers, Rehabbers, Real Estate Agents, Investors, Fix and Flips
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the home stager that you hire has a good portfolio with a good track record.
Poorly staged houses will take much longer to sell and might as well just be vacant.
If a buyer comes into a home and sees ugly or staging that doesn't look nice, you've lost them right there.
