These guys did a really great job on our full office remodel. Before making our decision on a contractor, we received quotes from other contractors that were both lower and higher priced than the CC&D team. We chose them because they listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us on upgrades, and were completely upfront about pricing. On top of that, they were friendly, professional and got the job done on time. Rodney talked us through any concerns we had, and took care of them in a timely manner. Great work and great service.

I am African American woman who is a divorced single mother and I care for 2 disabled elderly family members. I was seeking an honest, reliable, trustworthy and professional contractor to remodel a room for a blind man. When I met with the co-owner, Rodney, I thought I made a wise decision. By far, this is the worst experience I’ve EVER had with a contractor. It seems their goal is “getting a check” instead developing a long term relationship with a customer. I contacted the owner (Rodney) to advise him that I wasn’t satisfied and work was left undone. Rodney’s workers damaged a wall in my home and never repaired it, informed me of the days the were coming and didn’t come, left safety hazards in the remodeled room (for a blind man). There are several other complaints that were reported to Rodney. He ignored my phone calls and text messages once he knew I wasn’t satisfied. I suppose he saw a single African American woman and decided a business relationship wasn’t of any value. For anyone looking for a reputable contractor please reconsider hiring this company. Making a promise doesn’t mean anything, keeping appointments doesn’t mean anything, repairing damage made by their company doesn’t mean anything and certainly signing/respecting a contract means nothing to Charleston Construction and Design. Don’t let their smile and mannerisms fool you, they only care about getting your money!!!!

I can ensure you that our office does not have any emails or voice messages from you with your concerns or they would have been addressed. We provide a minimum of a one year warranty for all work we preform and would be happy to fix anything you feel our crews damaged during construction.
