Chef Dave prepared Christmas Dinner for my family of six. He prepared 2 meats, 3 sides, an additional entree served with white rice, an appetizer and a dessert. Everything was delicious! The meats were well seasoned, juicy and tender. The sides were flavorful. The dessert was a perfect to wonderful meal. There was so much food that I was able to send my brother home with leftovers, freeze enough food for dinner on New Years Day and have leftovers to eat after Christmas. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing depends on the type of event. That said, I can provide costs per person based on the number of courses, protein selection, etc. Flat rate pricing is also available for standard menus I prepare.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I ask clients to complete a New Client intake form. This allows me to become familiar with their dietary needs, food preferences, and an overview of the services they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am currently enrolled at Johnson & Wales University in their Culinary Program. I will be graduating in March and am actively working to build my client listing.
