Chef Dave prepared Christmas Dinner for my family of six. He prepared 2 meats, 3 sides, an additional entree served with white rice, an appetizer and a dessert. Everything was delicious! The meats were well seasoned, juicy and tender. The sides were flavorful. The dessert was a perfect to wonderful meal. There was so much food that I was able to send my brother home with leftovers, freeze enough food for dinner on New Years Day and have leftovers to eat after Christmas. Our decorator JoAnna posted on Thumbtack for us to find someone to do food for 30 people on Christmas Day. Dave Mallard delivered a magnificent meal of prime rib , and rosemary cranberry chicken with 6 sides and rolls. I polled the guests 10 min into the meal how they rated the food. The response was wonderful or thimbs up for those with mouths full😄. More telling is this house went silent for 35 mins and we ended up serving close to 40 people. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing depends on the type of event. That said, I can provide costs per person based on the number of courses, protein selection, etc. Flat rate pricing is also available for standard menus I prepare.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I ask clients to complete a New Client intake form. This allows me to become familiar with their dietary needs, food preferences, and an overview of the services they are looking for.
