FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my makeup application fees are between $75 - $80. To book an appointment a retainer must be received prior to finalizing that appointment date and time. Traveling to clients will result in an additional fee. Complimentary lashes and touch up lipstick/gloss will be provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before booking with a client, I like to understand what their needs are for the makeup application, such as, where they are going, if the event is indoors or outdoors, the time of day, and if they would like a more natural or dramatic look. Clients are encouraged to send images of looks that they would like for me to recreate or use as inspiration. In addition, I ask about their skin, such as if they have oily skin, sensitive skin, or any skin conditions or allergies. During the initial consultation I also like to discuss the length of time needed to complete the application. At the time fo the appointment I like to walk them through what I am doing so that they can purchase some of the items used or so that they can better understand the process.
