- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat-rate fee, no hourly. It depends on how long the fix takes, which we already have a good idea of, because we know how to fix it and how long it will probably take, so we base pricing on this. If any parts are needed then we factor that into the equation as well to come up with your total cost. Simple stuff really.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know what happened before they needed help. How tech savvy they are. If there is a budget that they need to stick to. This helps me to provide the possible help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family-owned business based in the Carolina's. With more than 20 years of combined experience, we have been serving Charlotte and the surrounding area small businesses and individuals in their IT needs - hardware, software, networking, social media and internet marketing.
