Introduction: I graduated college with a Bachelor of Arts in English. I then taught all subjects for Grades 3-4 over nine years in Virginia, as well as wrote curriculum for one of the largest school districts in the country.
I have switched careers into talent acquisition and spend a lot of time rewriting resumes for candidates of all backgrounds (technical, business, administrative, marketing, etc.).
I have also been writing music for the past decade and have performed dozens of songs in front of thousands of people over the years, as well as songs for other musicians.
I believe writing is a true outlet. I am currently writing a no-research informative book called "Teach Like a Man," and I continue writing music on a weekly basis. I actually enjoy editing and rewriting others' resumes and content as I feel it ends up making a difference.

Joe helped me get my job and for that I am so grateful! When I was struggling to write my resume a friend referred me to him and thank god I found him because before that I didn't know what to do. Wow! This could be long. I can't say enough good things about Joe. He exceeded my expectations in every way. In both my cover letter and resume he make me sound better than I thought I ever could and took all of my experience and skills and put them together so perfectly-exactly what I needed. The reason I chose Joe was because he was not only a writer that he used to be a recruiter and new exactly what a resume and cover letter should look like.
He delivered in every way! His turnaround time was so fast and he finished my resume and cover letter so quickly, yet so well written. He went on and even gave me advice on what recruiters are looking for and explained why he did certain things. His price was amazing in those the quality was even better.
