FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We list our rates on our website and we have a standard pricing guide that we use for most of our sessions. However, we know that every family is different, every couple is different, every wedding is different and so we gladly tailor packages to our clients based on their individual needs. We are happy to offer discounts to repeat customers, customers who purchase multiple sessions at a time and to anyone who signs up for our newsletter via our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, if you live close by, we would love to meet you for a delicious cup of coffee and discuss all of your ideas and inspirations for your shoot. If you don't live close by, we are just as happy to share a virtual cup of coffee via email or phone to hear all about your plans! We believe it is important for you to feel comfortable in front of our camera and that is why we don't just want you to be our client, we want you to be our friend! We know that not everyone loves having their picture taken but we want you to walk away from our meeting knowing that when the day comes, it will feel more like you're hanging out with a couple of friends instead of having some stranger take your picture.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sam has been doing photography for over 10 years and graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Photography in 2013. Nick was there for all of the class projects, all of the late night editing and even assisted on most of the shoots during Sam's college years. Post-graduation, Sam brought Nick along for all of the shoots and took him under her wing to train him to be more than just a bag-boy. Nick now has his own gear and is a seasoned photographer that has an incredible eye and an outstanding vantage point (he's 6'4”!).
