What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very excited to help new customers receive the service they are looking for. We believe that a face to face appointment is very important so we are able to find out exactly what their interests, ideas, and values are. Of course our estimates and appointments are free of charge. We look forward to working with you soon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is very important to us. We constantly push ourselves to be better. We have over 4 years in customer service and leadership training through programs offered. Everyone who works with us has at least a BA in communications, photography, or graphic design. Independent study courses are provided to our staff so they can continue to master their craft and provide excellent service to our customers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
Although we have a standard pricing system for our services, we focus more on the customers budget. We believe everyone deserves the change to have their ideas and memories brought to life. We will work hard to make sure we can meet your expectations and your budget. If you would like to view our pricing sheet feel free to request a copy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with an arrange of customers. From pro athletes to pet and object photography. Some of our larger clients are Remax, NCAA, Gardner-Webb University, CMS, and Berkshire Hathaway.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We strongly suggest doing tons of research on finding the right service provider for you. We pride ourselves in being one of the best, however there may be services out there that tailor more to you and your ideas and our main focus is finding you the right service, even if it isn't us.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There are many questions that you can ask to find the best option for you. But here are a few important ones that will help.
1.) Are you wanting more affordability, or more quality? Lots of companies offer cheap services, but how is the quality of their work? We work hard to find the right balance while still offering high quality service.
2.) Always ask if your ideas are priority. Your design or photography should be a reflection of the company working for you, but more importantly it should have a reflection of you as well. Ask if your input to designs and photos will be implemented by the designer and photographer, even if its mid process.
