- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Apex Payroll (SBH) has two standard pricings; Basic, and Pro that are customizable to meet each client's specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a 3-Step process for new clients. The first step would be to complete a needs analysis to determine the specific product, and service needs. The second step would be to provide a free quote with at least two options. Step one and two are repeated, as needed. Step three would be the onboarding process, which would start by the Company completing the onboard packet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Owner has over 20 years of comprehensive financial operations, and managment experience; coupled with financial systems modernization, change management, and process improvement experience. The owner also has a Comptroller Certificate through Syracuse University, a MBA, and a BS in Accounting. The Executive Director also has active NC State Life, Health, Property, and Casualty Insurance licenses.
