- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no set price, reason why is because our pricing varies on the individual and the service requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new client starts off by first scheduling an appointment with us. Once they schedule an appointment with us there are forms that they have to sign, giving us consent to their tax information along with that the client receives a copy of the consent. We make sure all documents are added into data entry. During tax preparation, client will pay with cash, credit or debit card, check, or money order. After all is done, business flyers or other promo materials are handed out to them. Because we thank you for your business with us we send a little reward, whether it is a thank you card, event tickets, or birthday card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certification in account management, Taxes, business consulting along with a string of many other credentials and training.
