- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nobody can or will prepare food of this quality and give you at a better price. We serve real food prepared by real chefs, always fresh, organic whenever posible. Other caterers buy processed foods from the Restaurant Depot and re-sell it... Yuck!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will gather information about your event and catering needs. Afterwards we will make recommendations and work with the customer to design a menu and send a quote. After we have agreed on a menu and pricing we will send an invoice for the deposit.
