I found the Swift workers to be both polite, respectful, and hard working. Unfortunately, they also appeared to be moving novices with little training and expertise in the proper loading of household items in a truck/POD. Many of the items were loosely packed containing large gaps between various items (i.e., boxes, furniture, etc.) resulting in likely item shifting and resultant damage during the POD's transportation. Correspondingly, both my wife and I had to remove and then reload much of the POD ourselves the following day to prevent load shifting during transport. I felt I had wasted both time and money using the Swift workers. Would have been better to have simply loaded the POD myself. Again, I have no problem with the demeanor and due diligence of the Swift Service Men, just with their obvious lack of skill to which the company's management bears full responsibility. I would not use Swift Service Mean again.

I want to check each attribute and qualitiy and I will. PROFESSIONALISM is most outstanding, it includes true value for the $, real not wordy respect of your belongings, caring about your time and diligence in work combined with care. I WILL HIRE SWIFT SERVICE MEN AGAIN !! They are well named !!
