Yawnnn I got into a car accident on my way to work On June 09, 2018. To date; Im STILL waiting on a settlement, information, Update, SOMETHING in regards to whats going on. They just went silent, At one point, I was making daily phone calls to review the status of my claim, but was made to feel as if I were a nuisance to them, and was actually told by one of the office staff that they were working on a larger case, and would return my call as soon as they were available. Adding insult to my already injury. These excuses are continuous and ongoing each and every time I call the office. They have done Nothing to keep me in the loop, and all conversations have been initiated by me, only to be dismissed and left disappointed. I would have given them 0 (zero) stars if I could. I am truly disappointed in my choice of representation. DeDe.
The Law Office of Justice H. Campbell, PLLC's reply
We help our clients recover in 98% of the cases we take. Sometimes, the law does not allow a recovery. Without actual contact between a vehicle and a person or their vehicle, no recovery is allowed under North Carolina automobile accident law. This is called the “no contact rule.” Hitting an item left in the road by another vehicle (tire/piece of cargo), instead of being hit by a vehicle itself is not legally recoverable. Not every case will win. A year of hard work. No fee charged.

Mr. Campbell handled my case for me. He was very diligent and expertly settled my case. I would recommend him without hesitation.
